Refunds Policy

All items are Final Sale. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.
However, if there is a problem with delivered items, please notify us within 4 calendar days of receipt of Order.
It is helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem, as this normally saves you having to return the items for inspection. The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility. 
We will replace defective goods free of charge, at our discretion, providing that you have returned to us any faulty goods upon request. If an item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative. In an instance, where the exact match is not available,  you will have the option of choosing the new style available at the same value.
